Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our software application development team. As a Director of Software Applications, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of mission-critical applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and delivery of software applications, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead a team of senior application managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise performance management concepts, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Oracle-PCMCS, and Big Data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Helios.
