Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Wasabi House. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers, wash and dry dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure that all dishes are properly stored.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, such as vegetables and fruits.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
