We are in search of a Vice President of Marketing who can harness their vast expertise in e-commerce and growth marketing to drive Plantaform's sales across the Canadian and US markets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Plantaform's growth goals.
  • Identify and deploy effective marketing channels to scale sales and enhance our customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Refine and enhance our brand identity, ensuring uniform messaging across all platforms.
  • Create and execute storytelling strategies for social media and other digital platforms to boost brand engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and develop buyer personas, ensuring our marketing initiatives are targeted and effective.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, digital advertisements, and social media.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep Plantaform ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, with a history of efficient ad spend.
  • Established a strong brand presence, utilizing storytelling through social media platforms, and significantly increased social media engagement.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, CRM systems, Shopify, and social media management tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a startup environment, leading marketing growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
