Job Title: ADR Operator

McCain Foods is seeking a skilled ADR Operator to join our team in Coaldale, Alberta. As an ADR Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining ADR equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of potato products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate ADR equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ADR equipment
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or maintenance role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
