  10. Develop tools and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development teams.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for effective problem resolution.
  12. Lead technical support for business applications and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  13. Install and manage NAS/SAN server environments across multiple sites.
  14. Monitor systems, log problems, and coordinate responses.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with four years of relevant experience in IT automation and infrastructure management; or

2. Eight years of relevant experience in IT automation and infrastructure management; or

3. Equivalent education and/or experience.

Preferred Skills

VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience as a VMware engineer. Proficiency in VMware technologies such as vSAN, VCF, NSX, and vRealize suite is highly desirable. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of VMware ESX, NAS/SAN technologies, and have at least five years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and PowerShell.
