    • Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations
    • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure all drivers are aware of and comply with company policies and regulations.
    • Monitor and report any safety incidents or near-misses.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Provide training and coaching to drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
