About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation
  • Support the Deli Manager with tasks and duties, including processing daily payables and operating the Point-of-Sale system
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving for the department
  • Assist team members when necessary and complete general housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Deli experience
  • Previous Retail Supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do
  • Believes in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most
