Key Responsibilities- Grasp various product characteristics from upstream sources, including Lending products, Securities, Securities Finance Transactions (SFT), and Derivatives.
- Quickly assimilate new concepts and apply them effectively, such as Risk Shifting, High-Quality Liquid Assets (HQLA), and cash flows.
- Conduct data gap analyses, evaluate systems, processes, and procedures as necessary for the project.
- Develop reporting mapping logic or requirement documentation.
- Articulate requirements to development and QA teams, execute testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with production deployment.
- Contribute to process re-engineering and enhancements where applicable.
- Provide support for user training and documentation as required.
- Report on the BA team's progress and escalate any concerns or issues that may impede project advancement to management and project managers.
- Proven experience in systems implementation, process enhancement, or systems re-engineering projects within a banking institution or consulting firm.
- Familiarity with Liquidity Risk reporting practices.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and other relevant frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL through platforms such as HIVE, MS SQL Server, Teradata, HUE, Dremio, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio, and MS Access.
