Liquidity Management Analyst

About the Role
As a Liquidity Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Equitable Bank maintains a healthy and stable liquidity position. You will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring our cash flow and liquidity needs, providing insights to support funding management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of the bank's liquidity and cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis, providing comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update financial models used to assess liquidity exposures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth analysis to validate model inputs and outputs, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the funding team to develop and implement effective funding plans and targets, aligning with the bank's overall financial strategy.
- Document and maintain all aspects of liquidity models and operational processes, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or risk management within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA programming languages.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and financial modeling techniques.
