Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and operational excellence for the Disability Management Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment by managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of Case Managers. Oversee hiring, training, and performance development initiatives to foster growth and expertise within the team.
- Collaborate closely with clients across various industries to deliver customized disability management solutions tailored to their unique needs and work environments.
- Champion adherence to established policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement through data analysis, performance monitoring, and program evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal representatives.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance are maintained throughout all aspects of the Disability Management Program.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Rehabilitation Sciences, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Disability Specialist, Rehabilitation Consultant, or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including team supervision, performance management, and strategic planning.
- In-depth knowledge of medical management principles, healthcare regulations, and disability legislation.
- Experience in Disability Case Management and Program Implementation within both unionized and non-unionized environments.
