Operations Manager

At Lineage Logistics, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
