Salesforce Service Cloud Senior Functional Consultant

Perfaware is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients using Salesforce Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and developers to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design and prototype Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including omnichannel support, service cloud voice, and AI-driven insights.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper integration, customization, and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of Service Cloud features.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Administrator, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
