Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and developers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, deep knowledge of contact centers, and the ability to lead customization assessments, implement solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
