About This Role

In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Finance and take charge of the manufacturing segment within the Supply Chain Finance division. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the profit and loss for three co-packers and five production facilities. This role will require close collaboration with our Senior Director of Manufacturing, Plant Managers, and the Director of Supply Chain Planning.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead a team of three Finance Specialists, managing the overall P&L for manufacturing through monthly financial closures, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgeting processes.

• Ensure accountability for P&L outcomes by conducting monthly financial reviews and quarterly forecasts, proactively analyzing significant trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and proposing actionable plans to support the business in achieving its financial objectives.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators within Supply Chain and recommend enhancements that align with financial performance.

• Oversee the complete annual budgeting process for manufacturing, setting ambitious targets and challenging the business to meet these goals.

• Enhance visibility into critical expenditure categories (such as yield, labor, and fixed costs) by guiding the identification of opportunities and resource reallocation strategies.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

• Over 7 years of experience in supply chain finance, financial analysis, accounting, or related fields.

• Proven ability to manage time and projects efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Demonstrated capacity for identifying process improvements and implementing effective changes.

• Strong understanding of standard costing and absorption principles.

• Naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate business needs and provide appropriate support.

• Commitment to maintaining integrity in financial reporting and adherence to ethical business standards.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial performance insights effectively.

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is preferred.

• Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
