RV SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dedicated team? We are looking for an RV Service Operations Manager who is committed to excellence in the highly competitive RV industry. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our service department, providing guidance, leadership, and expertise to both customers and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee staff attendance and performance
  • Evaluate daily technician productivity metrics
  • Facilitate communication among all technicians
  • Conduct regular inspections of the service area
  • Respond promptly to emails and inquiries
  • Address customer feedback through review platforms
  • Ensure accurate coding on work orders
  • Provide support and consultation to service personnel
  • Verify external estimates for accuracy
  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee morale
  • Monitor technician clock-in and clock-out procedures
  • Review upcoming service appointments
  • Analyze service logs for vehicle stay duration
  • Participate in daily delivery meetings to ensure readiness of units
  • Lead end-of-day service meetings with service writers to discuss deliveries and appointments
  • Coordinate vacation schedules for technicians and service writers
  • Review departmental operations and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Manage open work order reports
  • Evaluate accounts receivable for service and warranty
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members
  • Ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all employees

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with experience in the RV industry, management roles, or service writing will be prioritized.
