Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's maintenance activities during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical maintenance operations within the facility
  • Lead a skilled team to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Support the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies and corrective measures
  • Oversee the training and development of maintenance personnel in electrical and electronic systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in industrial electrical systems, with knowledge of automation and electronics being advantageous
  • Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams
  • Familiarity with working in a unionized environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Certificate of Qualification (422A or 309A) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
