About the Role
Our Assistant Managers play a vital part in supporting Store Managers in the day-to-day running of the store. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Driving customer service excellence through team engagement and product knowledge
- Maximizing store sales potential and profitability, meeting key performance indicators
- Delivering company standards to the highest level, ensuring a great customer experience
- Visual merchandising and product launches, showcasing our brand's latest offerings
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven retail management experience from a fast-paced background
- Excellent people skills, with a track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on time management and prioritization
- A passion for selling and customer engagement, with a drive to deliver results
- A record of commercial success and awareness, with a keen eye for opportunities
