Job Summary:
Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects across Nunavut. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, project management, and budgeting for municipal water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with municipal stakeholders to design and implement water and wastewater solutions that meet community needs.
- Manage contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Provide regular project status reports to clients, highlighting progress and any challenges.
- Work with consultants to ensure installations and designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage contract documentation and approvals in eBuilder, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in water and wastewater systems, including planning, design, and construction administration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience.
- Strong technical understanding of water and wastewater systems.
- Experience in planning, preliminary design, detailed design, and construction administration associated with water and/or wastewater infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
