Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of project tasks;
- Oversee project deliverables and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, and clients;
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and best practices;
- Support the Operations Manager in scheduling and managing project timelines.
- Proven experience in wildlife surveys, wetland evaluations, watercourse assessments, fish identification, habitat classification, plant identification, soil analysis, ecological restoration, and field data collection;
- Experience in remote field operations and familiarity with heavy machinery is advantageous;
- A University Degree or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Forestry, Biology, or Engineering is required;
- Professional registration or eligibility with one of Alberta's Professional Regulatory Organizations is preferred;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities;
- Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record;
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
