Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
