Business Development Lead

LHR Américas is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Manage and negotiate commercial agreements, including contracts and partnerships
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff, including performance evaluations and professional development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
