- Location: Yarmouth, NS
- Work Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Compensation: $18.33 per hour plus mileage reimbursement ($0.62/km)
- Restock and organize products on shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting items from the backroom to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
- Construct, modify, or dismantle product displays while adhering to company guidelines; ensure proper signage is displayed; maintain cleanliness in product areas and manage damaged goods.
- Comply with all Coca-Cola Canada Bottling and store policies regarding inventory management, display maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Oversee backroom organization by managing stock levels, reporting inventory discrepancies, processing damaged items, and completing necessary documentation.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment that meets company safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance.
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead.
- Capability to maneuver manual and powered equipment over distances of at least 100 yards.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience working independently.
- Must have a personal vehicle available for work-related tasks.
- Must possess current vehicle liability insurance.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
