Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair Services
    • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that facilities are well-maintained
    • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Performance Evaluations
    • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to complaints of guests in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
