    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
