Warehouse Operations Manager

About This Opportunity
Coca-Cola Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse employees and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our production facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet production demands.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing health and safety policies and regulations, as well as ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices.
- Supervise the storage and shipping of goods, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Coach, lead, and mentor warehouse employees to improve their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement control methods to maintain high labor efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the supervisory and management team to develop a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes good working relationships and ongoing communication with unionized employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Experience and/or education in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP computer tools.
