Project Administration Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Assistant to join our team at Guillevin International. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing budgets, schedules, and managing timelines
  • Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including entering purchase orders, managing and processing invoices
  • Supervise the project procurement process
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements
  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide effective support to customers
