## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at The TJX Companies, Inc. As a key member of our Distribution team, you will be responsible for forecasting and managing the merch flow plan to ensure network production targets are met.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and communicate weekly departmental production targets by facility
* Monitor and report on completion of production targets and facilitate network balancing communication and collaboration with facility Production Managers
* Analyze and communicate merchandise availability by facility through weekly reporting
* Monitor facility KPIs and ensure compliance
* Support network flow reporting, monitoring, and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs

## Requirements

* Post-secondary education in a related field or discipline
* Advanced working experience with MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Experience with Visio, IBM Cognos TM1, Power BI, and Manhattan is considered an asset
* Demonstrated collaborative relationship building skills and strong project management skills
