Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at BC LTD DBA Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and descriptions to customers.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Cash Handling and Sales
    • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Work Setting
    • Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
