Job Title: Salesperson - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise, creating visually appealing displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates for customers.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is properly displayed and presented to customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
