Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Associate Lumber to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing customer needs, and providing expert advice on lumber and building materials department products.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience;
- Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on lumber and building materials department products;
- Actively participate in achieving sales objectives;
- Stay up-to-date with new products and their functions;
- Be aware of current promotions and flyers;
- Ensure and participate in the maintenance of their department;
- Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods, and health and safety.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and provides great customer service. Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of our Lumber and Building Materials department is an asset.
