Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a retail setting.

This role is situated within a dynamic retail business, where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales associates.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize the return of products in accordance with company policies.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Engage with customers to sell merchandise and provide assistance.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees.
