Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at NORTHSTAR CONCRETE LTD. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to meet project specifications.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to ensure they are safe and functional.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying locations and tasks. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
