Concrete Finisher

NORTHSTAR CONCRETE LTD is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to support the structure.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
