About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Supervisor to join our team. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our deli department and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the deli department to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Train and develop deli team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
