Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Artistic Vision: Collaborate with artists and designers to push creative boundaries and produce high-quality visual content that aligns with the game's artistic direction.
  • Lead Creative Teams: Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure that all visual elements meet the required standards and are consistent with the game's vision.
  • Define Artistic Style: Develop and maintain a consistent artistic style for graphic and audiovisual productions, inspired by the game's artistic direction and industry trends.
  • Concept Development: Create innovative and original concepts that support the game's positioning and enhance player experiences through impactful visuals.
  • Quality Control: Review and validate finished work to ensure that it meets the initial brief and the game's vision, and maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Around 10 years of experience in UI, visual design, branding, or art direction, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and 3D software; solid interpersonal and presentation skills; effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of your best work, showcasing your creative vision and technical skills.
