About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our Engineering team at State Street. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic projects and executive reporting within Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring teams meet project objectives, scope, dates, budget, and success criteria of stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management for a variety of areas, including executive presentation, dashboard reporting, internal communications, divisional goals/metrics reporting, and coordination of projects with internal corporate partners.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and functions to identify inefficiencies and strategize solutions to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and internal corporate partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and contribute to the evolution of CAO initiatives to ensure best practice, meet changing business requirements, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a financial or business analyst role within financial services, consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record in execution and driving results, experience with project management software, and ability to analyze complex problems and reach sound conclusions.
