About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cable Installer to join our team at Sunlight Electrical Ltd. As a Cable Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Testing: Test equipment to locate transmission faults and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Cable Installation: Install trunking systems, circuits, and equipment to support our communication networks.
  • Report Management: Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to track network performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble in our cable network.
  • Cable Management: Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets to ensure efficient network operation.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers to prevent network downtime.
  • Wire Splicing: Splice, join, and connect wires to ensure seamless network connectivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
