Cashier - Retail Sales Associate

FasGas is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 30 to 35 hours per week.
FasGas is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Cashier, you will be standing for extended periods and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
