About the Role

FasGas is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and make change as needed.
  • Scan Items: Effectively scan products, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Tabulate Total Payment: Calculate and reconcile daily/shift payments received with total sales.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, and a team player.
