As a Senior Analyst specializing in Client Voice and Customer Experience Measurement, you will play a vital role within our Client Experience team in the Marketing division.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement VoC surveys and listening posts on BDC's VoC platform, including developing and executing orchestration processes.
- Oversee our Client Voice Survey, ensuring that survey variables, quotas, and weighting schemes are consistently applied.
- Conduct comprehensive statistical analyses of results using tools such as SPSS and Q Software, including regression and correlation analyses utilizing VoC and operational data.
- Collaborate with the Research and Market Intelligence team, the Client Analytics team, and other essential business partners to align resources and tools with high-priority CX initiatives.
A university degree in statistics, social sciences, marketing, administration, or a related field is required; a graduate degree is an asset.
At least two years of experience in a marketing research firm, where surveys were employed as data collection methods, along with experience in writing research reports and preparing presentations for diverse audiences, is essential.
Familiarity with SME research and knowledge of the Canadian business and financial landscape is advantageous.
Skills:- Exceptional ability to distill and synthesize information from various sources to create compelling data narratives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Robust quantitative analysis capabilities.
Proficiency in SPSS, Q Software, or other statistical analysis tools is mandatory, with the expectation that the candidate can lead these analyses independently.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
