Job Title: Team Lead - NetSuite Expert

As a Team Lead - NetSuite Expert at GURUS Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of NetSuite consultants and contributing to customer projects. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in managing the practice and its people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of NetSuite consultants and contribute to customer projects
  • Manage the practice and its people, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and the Continuous Improvement Agency (CIA) to identify and implement new technologies and processes
  • Act as a technical reference and provide guidance to team members on NetSuite-related issues
Requirements:
  • University degree in software engineering, information technology, business, or a relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, development, conversion, installation, training, and support
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of business processes and management experience in a matrix-based organization
