Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently load rail cars with pellets using a hopper.
  2. Optimize loading and shipping operations by strategically positioning rail cars.
  3. Maintain a safe and organized work environment through diligent site upkeep and cleanup.
  4. Operate a bobcat to relocate materials as necessary.
  5. Engage in thorough site-specific training to ensure proficiency in all tasks.
Qualifications
  1. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety.
  2. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze situations effectively.
  3. Capacity to perform repetitive manual tasks, including standing, walking, shoveling, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  4. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  5. High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  6. Familiarity with pellet manufacturing machinery and processes is an asset.

The hourly wage for this position is $24.68.
