Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
