Position: Agronomy Centre Assistant

Federated Co-operatives Limited is looking for a committed individual to become part of our team as an Agronomy Centre Assistant. Reporting directly to the Crop Supply Manager, this position encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency. Key duties include:

  • Supporting agronomy initiatives and sales activities
  • Overseeing data management and validation processes
  • Executing bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Managing inventory and warehouse logistics
  • Coordinating logistics and human resource functions
  • Collaborating with the Agronomy Bookkeeper on invoicing, claims, and reporting
  • Employing computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with AWSA and Tronia point of sales systems is a plus
  • Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Agriculture or Business with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector

  • Proficiency in various computer and technology tools
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
