Role Overview

In this position, you will foster an atmosphere that encourages genuine employee and customer interactions, guided by our mission to spread joy. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, including early morning or late closing shifts.
  • Perform inventory checks, restock merchandise, manage returns, organize products, and handle incoming deliveries.
  • Apply merchandising standards to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere in our retail spaces.
  • Enrich our customers' lives with joyful experiences.
  • Utilize our products to narrate compelling stories.
  • Engage with customers actively on the sales floor.
  • Curate tailored product selections for each customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in specialty retail or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across various store functions.
  • A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for positions in specific regions; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
