Job Description

Project Overview
The Province is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects in a public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project controls, including risk management, issue tracking, and change management.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, sciences, engineering, human resources, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Oracle HCM modules, including CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a public sector environment, preferably with crown corporations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-graduate degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification.
  • Payroll Certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, etc.).
  • Experience implementing position management in a large organization.
