About the Role

We are in search of a seasoned SAP CX (Hybris) Team Lead to become a vital part of our dynamic workforce. In this pivotal role, you will lead our development team and guarantee the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients. We are looking for candidates who are ready to engage directly in development and contribute code.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of Hybris developers (offshore).
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Encourage a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Supervise the design, development, testing, and deployment of Hybris PIM solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Hybris development.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 7 years of experience in Hybris development.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing SAP Commerce Platform (Hybris B2B & B2C).
  • At least 2 years of experience leading projects and technical project teams, along with performing code reviews.
  • Strong hands-on experience in customizing Hybris-based eCommerce applications, including Hybris PCM and the e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products).
  • Proficient in Spring framework and Groovy.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services-based systems.
  • Familiarity with publishing and consuming web services.
  • Experience with various code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
  • Experience with web containers like Apache Tomcat.
  • SAP Hybris developer certification is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Hybris projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
