- Provide training and advice to users based on identified challenges.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
- Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users as needed.
- Set up and install equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all users.
- Proficient in networking software and hardware.
- Familiarity with extranet and intranet systems.
- Understanding of server management and desktop applications.
- Knowledge of file management and security software.
