Job Title: Medical Science Liaison

CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in advancing scientific and collaborative relationships with external healthcare communities and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of medical-scientific knowledge in the assigned therapeutic area(s) and/or disease state(s) related to CSL Behring's products.
  • Accurately and compliantly interpret and disseminate balanced and factual scientific, clinical, and health economic data.
  • Gather and evaluate new information as it applies to CSL Behring's products and areas of therapeutic interest.
  • Identify and develop professional relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to ensure exchange of medical-scientific information relevant to CSL Behring's products and areas of therapeutic interest.
  • Deliver approved educational programs to relevant healthcare audiences and internal functions.
  • Provide areas of interest and general high-level information regarding CSL Behring's Investigator Study (IIS) Program process in response to unsolicited requests.
  • Monitor and communicate progress for those IISs approved and supported.
  • Attend scientific and medical meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in nursing, pharmacy, or advanced degree in science/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience required.
  • Prior MSL experience required.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic specialty area.

This is a field-based role requiring approximately 60-75% travel, including weekend work. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
