We are currently seeking a VOD Content Partnerships Coordinator to become a part of our Montreal team.

This position operates in a hybrid work environment.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the VOD Content Partnerships Coordinator will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding partnerships with video-on-demand (VOD) platforms. This role involves ensuring our films are available promptly and accurately while providing support to various internal teams with their daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with VOD platforms and oversee the timely availability of new films.
  • Develop IDMs for platforms (English & Spanish for the US; English + French for Canada).
  • Track the expiration of rights and manage renewals with VOD partners.
  • Create and manage content pages on the Amazon Prime platform.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure films are live on platforms and follow up as necessary.
  • Research and identify new platforms for film placements in the US and Canada.
  • Resolve issues by liaising with VOD platforms regarding reporting or payment discrepancies.
  • Provide technical specifications to marketing and delivery teams for new platforms.
  • Maintain the VOD tracker to ensure accurate updates on film availability.
  • Support marketing, VOD, and sales teams with various tasks as required.
  • Analyze and report on VOD trends, including cast, genres, and themes.
